Patrick recently got word that the cancer had spread to his liver and that is what his doctors said would begin the countdown to the end, a source told National Enquirer magazine.
Patrick knew it was coming because he was suffering increased weakness. At times, he was so weak that he could barely walk without feeling faint. Sometimes he feels out of breath and has to sit down.
Despite his grueling chemotherapy treatments, Patrick continued working after his diagnosis in March, missing only a day and a half of work on his latest project The Beast.
But now that filming has wrapped, the 56-year-old has begun telling loved ones that he doesn`t have long to live. His wife of 33 years, Lisa, is reportedly devastated, and his brother Donny has flown from Los Angeles to Chicago to be by his side.

In her declaration, Garner says “Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country …”
Garner says Burky has been harassing her since 2002, but in the last year “his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”
Garner says Burky has shown up at her home and said, “God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.”
Garner says she fears for herself, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet. She also says “I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born.”

A judge issued a temporary restraining order earlier this month. There’s a hearing tomorrow to make the order permanent.

Michigan lost 21-14 to Northwestern today, dropping them to 3-8. For those of you keeping score at home, thats the most loses theyve had in the Universitys history. This is where we laugh and revel in schradenfreude.
Florida whipped the shit out of South Carolina 56-6. Tim Tebow had yet another huge game with 2 touchdown passes and a 1-yard dive for a touchdown.
tOSU beat Illinois 30-20 behind Pryor and Wells. Ohio State rushed for 305 yards and passed for 49. Im guessing the line did a good job.
Maryland upset #15 North Carolina 17-15. Thats as in depth as Im getting.

It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward.
We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.
There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.
We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.
To Our Fans from Joe:
This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.
Several things I will state with all my heart…
I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.
For those who have expressed concern over the 27 second phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.
There were later attempts at communication that had no response.
I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Two of Hollywoodland's few Republicans, The Hills' Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, have reiterated their support for gay marriage in California.

Says Spencer in a new interview, "Like I've always said: Heidi's hair and makeup people are some of my favorite homosexuals on the planet, and if they want to marry each other, I'm not about to be like, 'Don't'. "
Wait! Before you hurl a judgement at Spencer's quip, take a step back, y'all!
We know, we know, gays are more than fashion queens, they're everything from firemen to lawyers, etc., etc.
In his own Spencer way, he understands and embraces equality, so more power to him.
And, Heidi, who's usually attached to Spencer's side when in public, added, "I'm very for equal rights."
Why is the concept of 'equal rights for all' so hard for everyone to understand????

Some idiot rapper named Trick Trick, who happens to be a long-term collaborator of Fem, has said in a recent interview with AllHipHop.com that he doesn't want any homosexuals buying his new album, The Villian.

Trick Trick's lyrics are often seen as homophobic, but now he's actually speaking out about it and how the gay lifestyle is wrong, according to him.
TT said, "I'ma go on the record right now with this. Homosexuals are probably not gonna like this album. I don’t want your faggot money any goddamn way. I don’t like it [homosexuality]. Carry that shit somewhere else."
Sad that he's promoting this shit to anyone that buys his album. Well, straight people that buy his album.
The genius continues, "It's just that every time that you turn on the TV, that sissy shit is on, and they act like it's fucking okay. The world is changing for the worst when shit like that happens. And I address that issue. I address it hard as hell."
But here's where it gets a bit more disturbing.
On his self-titled alum track, the idiot raps against Ellen DeGeneres and Rosie O'Donnell, referring to them as "dyke bitches" and promises to send a “scud missile right through their fucking cruise ship.”
His other lyrics target gay adoption, and he says, “He goes both ways, Either way he’s gay. Ain’t no other way to say, He’s a fucking faggot so I’m lettin’ off my AK. Bust ‘em in his forehead, He ain’t worth lettin’ live. A man and man shouldn’t raise another man’s kids!”
IDIOT!!!!

Cancer survivor, advocate and Nanny alum Fran Drescher has just written this great editorial, which we think everyone should read!
She says:
"When did it become okay to discriminate? What country are we all living in anyway? I thought this was America, am I wrong?
Wake up folks before it’s too late! This country was founded on the premise of separation of church state. And why do you suppose that was? Because back in the day of our forefathers, (ya know, the dudes who fought and died for our freedoms) life under an oppressive British empire was more than they could take.
Living in a “my way or the highway” nation sucked! Dictation, Denial and Discrimination was the name of the game until our founding fathers decided that they’d had it!
“Let freedom ring!”, they shouted. And a HUGE part of that freedom was of course separation of church and state. If you are truly an American, (and not some closeted fascist) you are part of the privileged few on the planet who get to live in a country that supports tolerance of diversity. Heck we celebrate it! We can be who we want to be, pray to whomever we choose to pray and live as equals regardless of gender, race, creed or sexual orientation.
To think that in this upcoming election there is actually a proposition to add an amendment to the California Constitution to legalize discrimination! Shame on us! This proposition is not about gay marriage; it’s about hate, discrimination and intolerance of diversity. It is wholesale, unadulterated hate-mongering and it MUST be snuffed out in a dramatic fashion at once to illustrate to those behind it that in America we embrace the neighbor who might be different from us and are proud of it!
So to all you TRUE Americans, get out there and vote on November 4th, and let’s reject hate.
Get all your friends, co-workers and relatives to vote too and make sure you vote NO on proposition 8.

A study revealed in a survey of 452 New York City gay men that 39 percent had not disclosed their sexual orientation to their doctors.
All patients must feel comfortable speaking candidly with their health care providers so that the care delivered is appropriate and effective, and patients can take greater control of their health and well-being, said Troyen Brennan, M.D., Aetnas chief medical officer.
